What is Container Rescue™
When a shipping container has a problem, such as structural damage or a shifted load, and it cannot be processed through the standard port handling process, the port segregates the container and notifies the SteamShip Line that owns it. The container then needs our Container Rescue™ service.
What is included in Container Rescue™ Service?
The Container Rescue service includes the complete removal of cargo from the damaged container, relocation of the contents to a new unit, and a thorough site cleanup.
We’ll keep your cargo moving on time, in no time.
Depending on the cargo, our goal is always to complete the transload, clean up, and have the cargo moving again within 24 hours of being notified of your damaged container.
