Experience in Action: Solving Heavy Cargo Challenges

Here’s a great example of handling difficult rolling cargo. Our team recently transloaded multiple heavy trucks for Baker Hughes, with each unit weighing over 40,000 lbs and standing 12'4" tall.

The challenge was that the trucks weren't designed to be lifted by a crane. To solve this, our team engineered a solution on the spot: we removed a portion of the rear bumper and spare tire, allowing us to drive the units directly onto the flat racks. Once loaded, we raised the end walls, then centered and rigged the trucks for transport.

Dealing with heavy cargo that isn't designed to be lifted is a regular occurrence for us. Our team's experience allows us to handle these complex jobs with routine efficiency.
